Chrissy & James

I had the absolute pleasure to photograph Chrissy & Puck's Wedding at Tamaron Country Club.
Chrissy's family and my family are pretty close, so when she asked me to be her photographer for her wedding I was honored to do so! She is such an awesome woman and she has such great kids to top it off! She would do anything for a friend, so I wanted to make sure that ALL of her wedding images are delivered as Family Heirlooms. Think about it - wedding pictures are the only thing left from a Wedding Day that has recorded moments and events of the day. Typically I retouch & color correct my top 100 favorite images for the Wedding Album, but for Chrissy & Puck I hand touched each and every image - a little (okay ALOT) of extra care went into these because Chrissy put extra care into our friendship :)

 I LOVE these preparation shots.....

especially this one - look how Happy she is :)

What A Stunning Bride!!!!

1st Look Sessions are ALWAYS a GREAT idea!!!  This is Puck's 1st look at Chrissy, Major was still in "don't look" mode - lol! What a cutie pie he is!

Love these!!!

I had a really hard time picking through all the photos for my blog! I thought this bouquet shot was perfect and showed off Chrissy's dress. The flowers are designed by Enchanting Flowers

I LOVE when I capture these kind of moments! Especially the one with her Grandma :)

This cake was SO yummy! I look forward to the cake at a reception, Imean who doesn't like wedding cake? I have been disappointed a few times with it being dry, but not this one!!! Cakes by Stephanie is awesome!!! ...can you see the word LOVE through out the cake? :)

First Dances are awesome! I usually tear up during a 1st Dance, because they are soooo special and tender and loving and am honored to be able to capture it and freeze it in time.

This wedding was SO much fun! Congrats Chrissy & Puck!!!! May you two have a lifetime of happiness~

Josh & Jody

Jody is such a super sweet Lady and SO in Love with Josh! Her taste in shoes is excellent and her Vera Wang wedding dress was just stunning. Her son, Alec is such a mild mannered boy and she did a fantastic job raising him thus far. Jody had a few moments of joyful tears during her preparation at Refresh Center for Wellness.

She wanted to do an uber cute photo shoot with her girls before her 1st look session with Josh, so we decided to go to Boyd's Retro Candy Store to get those cute shots in. I have always loved the way the candy store looked from the outside and couldn't wait for someone to take me up on doing a photo shoot there. I was excited that Jody's dress was pink too - it went great with Boyd's Retro Candy Store building.

The first look session was originally set up for The Toledo Museum of Art, but after learning en route that they were having a Girl Scout event there I had to think quick! Since the ceremony & reception was at Parkway Place in Maumee, OH I decided to re-route their first look session to the Wolcott House - which is just around the corner on River Rd. (and it made more time for photos). I am SO glad the Art Museum didn't work out for us because I believe this is my new favorite place for photos!!!
Josh & Jody decided to do a 1st look session and take all their photos BEFORE the ceremony.  What a GREAT way to start their wedding day together! They got to enjoy their bliss and take some deep breaths before their day was "officially" started and laugh a little... and they actually got to enjoy their cocktail hour too! We then did the wedding party photos and immediate family photos as well. The garden was the perfect backdrop.

Josh & Jody have the best families and are surrounded with SO much love! I truly enjoyed working this wedding - and I wish them a lifetime of happiness!!!! Enjoy the photos! Click here for all of Josh & Jody's wedding photos
